The Gnome Network is a quiet fellowship of watchful guardians who appear on rainy days, protecting special spaces where community gathers and joy lingers. These mysterious figures emerge when the clouds roll in and the air smells like salt and cedar—transforming an ordinary day into something magical.
Peninsula Golf Course is more than fairways; it’s where families gather, memories are made, and community shows up for each other. The guardians sensed something rare—a place alive with joy, connection, and belonging—and claimed it quietly, faithfully.
When: Active on rainy days throughout the season

How to Play: Pick up your Gnome Pass at the Pro Shop, grab a scorecard, and follow the cart paths. Find all the guardians and bring your completed card back for monthly prize drawings.

Wander through our carefully curated stations, each designed to delight and surprise. Whether you’re seeking thrills or simply soaking in the seasonal atmosphere, Haunted Fairways creates an unforgettable experience that brings our community together in the spirit of fun and imagination.

Beach Lights
“A glowing tradition for the Peninsula”
Beach Lights is a community-built holiday lights experience that transforms Peninsula Golf Course into a glowing walk-and-cart tour of wonder and warmth. Featuring 20 immersive holiday stations—from the Tunnel of Lights to Mrs. Claus’ Cottage, the Polar Express Platform to Candy Land Village—this is more than an event. It’s a new tradition for our Peninsula.
Explore the course after dark with family and friends, enjoy seasonal treats and warm cider, and create memories that will bring you back year after year. Each station is created or sponsored by local businesses, families, and community organizations, making Beach Lights a celebration of who we are and what we value.
