We do this by managing charitable contributions\, raising funds for specific projects and providing community education. Generous donors have helped us raise over $1.1 million in support of our hospital and clinics. \n\n\n\n\nOcean Beach Hospital Foundation’s Accomplishments\n \nIn 2024…\n· Finished a successful campaign that raised over $70\,000 for the operating suite lights which is waiting in a short-term CD. \n· Established an endowed fund that is presently valued at over $125\,000. Hoping to see this grow so we can eventually use annual earnings to support immediate needs of the hospital. \n· Provided gift bags for the rotating residents of the WSU School of Medicine Rural Resident Program hoping some may choose to return to our beautiful peninsula. \n· Promoted awareness of the foundation by creating and hanging signs in the hospital and clinics that include a tri-fold to share our story. \n· Attended a variety of local organizations meetings and events reintroducing ourselves. \n· We awarded a total of $5000 to three local high school students. \n· We updated our website and created donor acknowledgment pages. \n· We provided funding for specialized goggles for the wellness department. \n· We purchased a table for the Naselle Clinic. \n· We supported Trunk or Treat with a generous “treat” donation. \n· We were a major sponsor of Ladies Night Out promoting women’s health. \n· We raised $3500 for a Swing Bed Gazebo area that will be finished this spring. \n· We showed our employees appreciation by providing a coffee cart in the spring and special goodies at the annual Christmas tree lighting. \n· We raised nearly $100\,000 for Ocean Beach Health. \n  \nGiving plays an important role in ensuring our hospital’s special kind of caring for our community. Generous gifts from patients\, staff\, businesses and friends like you\, enable the Foundation’s continued support of Ocean Beach Health. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
